I grew up in family of Buyers, Sellers, and Investors in the local real estate market. I got tired of hearing people complain about the high prices that come with hiring a realtor, so I decided a change had to be made. In the current market, all realtors communicate, and set their services at similar prices in order to create a low competition market while raking in the hard-earned money of their clients. I aim to provide a better service than other realtors at a significantly lower rate.

The way Bridger is able to save clients' money is buy taking a cut in his own commission! With the market standard currently at 6% of the total house value, that means that when you sell your house with other realtors, you're losing out on thousands. It doesn't have to be this way! Bridger aims to set a new standard for the industry one satisfied client at a time.

Bridger works on a flat fee that usually equates to ~1% (of course this is ALWAYS negotiable) when listing. This gives you the ability to lower the price of your home, attracting more offers, while keeping the money you earned. When representing buyers, he cuts his commission from the standard 3%, down to 1% and credits his clients with the remaining 2% in order to make more enticing offers for sellers at a lower cost to his buyers!
